Everything up to this point started on the foundation of professional wrestling. I learned a lot from watching WWE programming as a kid. Professional wrestling and video games came together in the form of Smackdown vs Raw 2011's story designer mode. It was everything I did with my action figures, but in video game form. In addition, it was the first time I shared my creative work to the public. Attending SMU Guildhall has helped me grow into a better designer. The skills I learned from professional wrestling are still present but they've been refined. I'm constantly learning new techniques and design principals. The 2 years at Lost Boys Interactive helped me grow as a better teammate. A lot of things were transferable from SMU Guildhall and even my time in retail. However, a lot of things I learned from 1st hand experience. Working professionally with artists, engineers, producers, audio, animators, and other designers-- made me truly appreciate game development on a whole new level. |
Video editing

These are videos I made for games I've played. I enjoy video editing because it allows me to cut to the music.
It's a similar method that I bring to my designs.

other interests
Similar to video editing, these interests and various others play a vital role into my creativity. They all influence me to help bring energy and excitement into my designs. Much like a music video/concert, fighting game event or pro wrestling promo package/pay-per-view match.
